Jason Rapley - Director and Founder

With more than a decade of experience in the finance industry as a Financial Planner, Jason Rapley started Dare Financial Solutions at the beginning of 2019. It is his strong desire to help people to reach their financial goals, and to help them to understand that money management, investments and superannuation don’t have to be complicated! Working with individuals and small businesses, Jason provides a range of strategies and advice to clients to help them maximise and grow their wealth.

He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Finance and Accounting, and is currently completing his Masters degree in Finance. He is a certified financial planner and also holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Michael ('Duke') Jelbart - Administration Support

Michael has a background in running a small business, and it’s this passion for small and micro business and the unique issues they face that led him into lending.
​
He is currently completing his qualifications in mortgage brokering with the aim of being able to assist individuals, families and small business owners in pursuit of their dreams and goals.
